Your friendly Jigsaw Dating host will greet you, scan your QR code, and give you event materials and a team number.

19:30 pm - 20:00 pm Get to know your opponents

Mix and mingle with people that don’t have the same team number! You’ll have plenty of time to mix with your team members later.

20:00 pm - 21:00 pm Trivia time

Form your team with everyone that has the same number! The host is your trivia master, 4 x 10 minute round of questions, may the best team win!

Is there a host at the event?

All events have a dedicated, friendly host on site to greet + check you in. The host is there to make sure you have an enjoyable event experience.

What should I wear?

Dress your best! We recommend going casual/comfy, but look good, feel good, right?

Do you do anything to manage gender splits/ratios?

We only release a limited number of male/female tickets for each heterosexual singles event. Our team keeps a close eye on the headcount leading up to the events so we can update accordingly.

Do I need to bring a trivia team?

No, the host will assign you a team on arrival. They’ll be lots of time for mingling too so come solo, or with friends!

Once scanned, you’ll get your wristband, and name tag with your team number!
Grab a drink, get comfortable 🥂

GET TO KNOW YOUR OPPONENTS
Mix and mingle with people that don’t have the same team number! You’ll have plenty of time to mix with your team members later on 🧩

TRIVIA TIME

  1. Find everyone with the same number as you - this is your team!
  2. Claim a table/space, come up with a team name, and assign team roles.
  3. You’ll need a scribe to write the answers, someone to grade the answer sheet, and another person to shout!
  4. Once you’ve done all three, throw a ‘thumbs up’ in the air 👍
  5. When all teams are ready, the host will distribute answer sheets!
  6. Listen up - your host will need your attention 👂

There will be 4 x 10-minute rounds for questions/answers, plus a bonus round!
