We strive to create a fun and inclusive environment for singles to meet at our events. However, due to the nature of online registration and varying attendance rates, we guarantee a minimum of 70/30 split of any gender on ticket sales but it will never perfect balance between genders at every event.

Here's what to acknowledge before purchasing a ticket:

• Demand Fluctuation: We receive registrations from a diverse pool of singles, but the number of men and women interested in a particular event may vary.
• No Shows: Unfortunately, some registered attendees may not show up on the day of the event. This can affect the final gender ratio.

We are constantly working on improving our event formats and monitoring gender ratios to encourage a more balanced experience. However, we want to be transparent with you about the possibility of gender imbalance at any given event.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that the gender ratio at the event may not be perfectly balanced.

We focus on creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for everyone, regardless of gender. Our events offer many opportunities for interaction and mingling.

Jigsaw Dating Photo Release

This must be adhered to in order to attend an event.

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Jigsaw Dating ("the Organization") and its representatives the right to take photographs, videotape, or use any other media containing my image and/or likeness.

I hereby grant the Organization, its affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns the right to use, publish, and reproduce the same for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Organization and will not be returned.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the media and/or any accompanying written copy or matter that may be used in connection with it now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the media.

I release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organization and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have or may hereafter have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, infringement of copyright or trademark, or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of the media.

I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.

Jigsaw Dating Event Ticket Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for your interest in Jigsaw Dating events! This policy outlines the cancellation and rescheduling options for event tickets purchased through our Shopify store.

Event Ticket Purchasers (Non-App Members):

• Cancellation: All event ticket purchases are final. Refunds and cancellations are not permitted.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling of tickets is not allowed for Event Ticket Purchasers.

Jigsaw Dating App Members:

• Cancellation: Event tickets are non-refundable for App Members.
• Rescheduling: As a benefit of your membership, you have the flexibility to reschedule your event attendance. You can switch to a different Jigsaw Dating event offered in your area subject to availability.

Jigsaw Dating Event Changes:

If Jigsaw Dating needs to reschedule an event date, all ticketholders (both App Members and Event Ticket Purchasers) will be notified via email. In this case, we will offer the option to:

• Attend the event on the new date.
• Transfer your ticket to a different Jigsaw Dating event in your area, subject to availability.

Please Note:

• Refunds are not available in the event of a date change by Jigsaw Dating.
• We encourage you to carefully review the event details and date before purchasing a ticket.
